18 people in attendance meeting started at 10:00
Discussion of insurance the cost is $909 per year and will provide
$500.000 of liability insurance.
Anything above that would be covered my home owner issurance of all members.
Rules must
be posted. Blair will have a rules sign made up and posted.
Cory Anderson has agreed to mow for $25 a visit. He will provide
the treasure with an invoice
in order to be paid.
A discussion of the boat storage area and the owners of the boats.
The question was should
the posts and slots be numbered? Discussion of who owns the boats there now.
The work party will focus on fixing up the boat storage area.
Delayed due to weather. To take
place the Saturday 7th of July.
A mention of the Brinnon Emergency Website. Jefferson County Emergencies
Treasure's report stated that 37 lots are paid up the dues and
6 are outstanding. 4 lots have
never paid dues. $2040 has been collected $ 2976.89 in checking and
$2,210.03 in savings.
Discussion of rewriting the covenances to include the correct boundries.
